Yeah, I've become prone to the occasional overjoyful mini-post. I am working on the post about my Mac and Cheese experience, which you will see shortly...but in the meantime I have to watch more episodes to stay on track with the whole 230 lessons in 230 days thing.

So why the exuberant mini-post? Those of you who have been reading since the beginning will understand this as an exciting moment:

I have finally gotten to the CHEF KEVIN UNIT!!!!!!!! Poultry and Pork, People!!!

Hopefully, I prove myself worthy! I don't know...on one hand, I did make a perfect cheese souffle last week...but on the other hand, it took me like a month to figure out mayonnaise, and I still can't poach a flippin' egg.

Will I rise to the challenge of The Most Excellent Chef Kevin Gillespie? I don't know, but, I won't be chickening out. ;)

I am so glad you finally have reached my son's part in this show. i hope you enjoy ia as much or MORE than you have the rest. I must say I was very proud of your souffle! I still cannot master that one. Good luck and keep on going. Mama Gillespie
